To celebrate actor Yoo Yeon Seok’s 18th début anniversary this coming November 21st, we decided to conduct a fan project to send him gifts.
When we first heard that he adopted Rita this year, we were inspired to help him in his campaign to help abandoned animals.
That’s when we decided to donate half of the proceeds that we will get from our project.
We have searched different organizations, and shelters, but when we stumbled upon KARA, it somehow felt right. A few days after we introduced KARA on our project, we saw an article released by KARA, and to our surprise, Rita was actually adopted from KARA! This made us feel like we are aligned for this.
Now we are happy to be able to help out these animals, who are also mostly Rita’s friends, in the best way that we can, as they continue on waiting for the day they find their permanent homes.

평소에도 다양한 봉사활동과 기부문화 확산을 통해 선한 영향력 전파에 애써오신 유연석 배우님인지라 유기견 리타의 입양은 팬분들은 물론 대중들에게도 많은 울림을 준 것 같습니다!
유연석 배우님의 따뜻한 마음과 실천이 리타의 우주를 바꾸고, 바다 건너 팬 분에게 전해져 다시 카라로 돌아왔네요.
